Can't wait. Also, love the Buffy reference. I can just hear Willow saying that! What does it say about me that I adored Dark Willow?

Racing for the Sun sounds like exactly my kind of book :)Only one more day until March - I hope your February blah's go away soon (and also all lawyers.)
And Dark Willow was more interesting and had style, definitely.
Racing for the Sun sounds enticing, I'm definitely looking forward to it coming out so I can read some of those good bits ;)
LOL you guys-- I love that we all loved Dark Willow-- she was SKERRY! (If I ever start an Alt Rock band, THAT'S gonna be the name for it!)And I hope you guys like the story-- it's one of my tenser works:-)
All this Buffy talk is making me miss my Spike. I still can't see a guy with overly bleached blonde hair and not get a little excited.
There, briefly, was a band named "Dark Willow." I can't find them now. My fake literary band name is now "Penny Dreadful." Wouldn't you listen to that one? I would be all twirling mustaches and bodice ripping and train tracks.
Can't wait for your new stuff, Amy!
Oh, I have that season on DVD. I just loved Buffy. I can honestly say that I'm COMPLETELY excited for all of these. Can't wait! Sorry February was shitty for you, hope things get better. I've been slogging through this month waiting for it to be March. Which is apparently the month for awesome book releases, yay. Good thing it starts tomorrow. So thank you leap year for one less day this year. I think I'll be buying Racing For The Sun first :)
Man, I laughed so hard at your Willow quote - Alyson Hannigan was freakin' amazing as Willow, especially when you see her in things like 'How I Met Your Mother' and she makes you laugh and remember she played evil REALLY well!!Am totally looking forward to all of these - City Mouse is one of those books that I will be absolutely pre-ordering as soon as it's physically possible, and Racing the Sun does sound intriguing!
February is over for another year - thank Crunchy for that!!
Speaking of quotable, Amy, your take on February feels so true! It's like our immunity to everything-- germs, influenza, sadness, boredom, stupid political kerfluffles, impulse buys on amazon and iTunes-- is completely down. It's a boring, restless, I-wanna-be-somebody-new kind of month
Early March is a bit the same for me right now, especially after yesterday's 7" of new snow on top of the 4" still on the ground. But spring will come--eventually.

Yes! Eventually spring will come! Out here, spring came with two weeks of rain... but it did come :-)

I want some diet food that DOESN'T taste like Greek yoghurt-- just saying. And yeah-- I LOVE Allison Hannigan-- she's been awesome since "My Stepmother was an Alien".

She spent the first homesick weeks at college watching them from first to last:-)

Penny Dreadful-- I'd go see them! It would be AWESOME!

Besides the bleached blonde hair, it was his enormous LOVE for everything that did me in. He was committed to LOVE!! And, yeah, he's a sexy mofo.
He WAS the absolute epitome of the Romantic hero, wasn't he? Give your soul for love, and love will redeem you!
Amy wrote: "He WAS the absolute epitome of the Romantic hero, wasn't he? Give your soul for love, and love will redeem you!"I know! Everyone that he was so bad, but his entire existence was ruled by love. First that skanky ho (whatever her name was) from his past before Druscilla, then Dru for a million years, then Buffy. He was all about the love. He was nasty and mean as a vamp only 'cause Dru wanted him that way, but then he really tried to be good for Buffy's love. And yeah, he sacrificed his life for her! For all of them, really.
Um, I know this thread was about your new books, which I am totally going to buy and read, but I get fan-girly about Spike pretty easily.
Sorry!
