So we are just days away from the 23rd, which only means one thing for TheSecretBookBrat...

                                   **THE MISGUIDED HEART BLOG TOUR!!!**

I have set up a special page dedicated to Misguided Heart & the evil genius responsible for writing it, Amanda Bennett :):) I won't mention what will be posted on the page... ya'll will just have to be patient ;)
In the mean time, I have read the book (OMG) & have tried *REALLY* hard to wait for my *RANT* until the Blog Tour but honestly, I simply don't have the will power!! I'm saving my Big Girl Review for the Blog Tour :)

 Misguided Heart by Amanda Bennett What if with one choice you could change your whole life in a matter of seconds?

Aston Boyd has always put everything into her work. She has never needed anyone in her life and has survived on her own since she was 18, never looking back. When she gets her dream promotion and becomes the new editor at one of the biggest publishing houses in Arizona, she thinks she has finally figured it all out.
But, when Aston receives an invitation to her first love's wedding, she starts to re-evaluate just how much she has given up for her career.

Sloan Holden is the quintessential bad boy trying to cover all that up with his good boy act. He has spent the last 9 years trying to prove to his over bearing father that he can change his ways, and one day run his publishing house. The only thing standing in his way is the slew of fast women and his wild lifestyle, which he just can't seem to give up. He doesn't do relationships and always vowed to stay single forever.
A lot can change when the one person you thought you would never fall for worms their way into your heart, but will the feelings be returned?   **PROCEED WITH CAUTION**  OH.MY.HELL... I was so excited about this book & when I finally got my hands on it I spent my ENTIRE saturday in bed reading it! It's one thing for a book to meet your expectations but when it surpasses them?? .... Lets just say, I was so far from disappointed!
Firstly, Aston Boyd is a badass... There is no other way to put it!! She's beautiful,smart, strong, independant (and blonde, but I won't hold that against her!) & really knows how to hold her own!! So she's had some really sh*tty luck in the guy department but who hasn't? I loved her, in all her messed up, vulnerable, exposed & bruised glory!
Now as for Sloan Holden...(Holds breathe) *SWOOOOOONS WHILE PANTIES SPONTANEOUSLY COMBUST*... HOLY.SEX.ON.A.STICK.... Technically he's Aston's boss but he hasn't noticed her at all in the 8 years that she's been working 'beneath' him... NOW he wants her 'beneath' him in a very different way... He's a Bad Boy (Of course, no story is complete without one!! DUH!!) with tattoos *YUMMM* & a gorgeous body that should come with a health hazard warning *TAKE.ME.NOW*... He's cocky, arrogant & demanding... But I'm not complaining ;)

So what happens when you put these 2 gorgeously broken people together? *SPARKS* The chemistry literally jumps off the page & smacks you between the eyes... They are both stubborn, full of sh*t & absolutely infuriating! But thats what makes them so *REAL* <3

Did I mention the fact that this is a *PANTY-DROPPING, BOOKGASM-INDUCING, eREADER-THROWING* story?? Consider yourselves thoroughly warned Brats ;)

YOU'RE GOING TO LOVE THIS BOOK <3
