Editing editing, jiggity jig -- preparing for print

So much to do, so little time. I just got my manuscript back from proofing and I'm so happy I did that. After looking at it so much, my eyes just skim over the wrong words and punctuation issues. I never knew there was so much work put into a book. I almost have it memorized.  My vision for once it's off to the printer is to have a virtual book tour via a webconference where I can sign people's pre-ordered books and ship them off the next day (who want that).
