Weekly challenge:

Stretch your legs three days this week

Stretching is important for keeping you flexible. It can help with your balance, and make it easier to bend over to tie your shoes in the morning. You can choose whichever stretch you like, or do three different ones. Just keep in mind that stretching too far can injure you seriously. Take it slow and easy. If it hurts, let up a bit. It's not a contest, so stop trying to compete.
