What Kind Of Funnel Are You?



If we don't see God moving it's not God's fault, it's our fault . He needs a willing person for Him to move through. We actually play a role of responsiblity in other people receiving their Blessings, because God uses us as a funnel. But we have to be an open funnel and not a clogged up funnel . God is a gentleman and will NOT force Himself or His ways on anyone. We have to want what He has for us. We have to want a Relationship with Him that never ends. He will not start raining down lightning bolts and pointing His finger at us, demanding and forcing us to do what He says. On the contrary, He is patiently and lovingly waiting with open arms for us to come to Him.



God already lives in us and He moves and works through us . But we have to be a willing participant. We have to join in a partnership with God and allow Him to flow through us. We have to "GROW UP" and Stop waiting for Him to "SHOW UP." It's an insult to God to beg Him to "show up" when He's already there . How would we like it if every time we walked into a room the people there said, "Boy I sure hope (insert your name here), shows up today." As if they were completely unaware of our presence in the room.



God is EVERYWHERE you are. He's already in a building the moment you walk into it . He's in your car while you're driving . He's in the kitchen while you're cooking . He's on the job with you every single day. He's doesn't need a handwritten invitation to meet you in a church building or in a waiting room of a hospital. HE'S ALREADY THERE WITH US . He takes every step we take. He takes every breath we take. What a comforting thought .



So instead of begging and pleading to see a "move of God," why not be a willing vessel for Him to move and flow through and then sit back and watch what happens. Take all that wasted time of begging and pleading we're doing to God and trade it for Praising, Thanking and Worshiping Him. Every prayer we pray should ALWAYS begin with Praising and Thanking HIm, not giving him our laundry list of things we want Him to do for us. Because, honestly, He's ALREADY done EVERYTHING for us at the Cross .  EVERYTHING!  We just have to receive it, walk in it, and Thank Him for it.  



It's time we start holding ourselves, and each other accountable by living the TRUTH , the WHOLE TRUTH , and nothing but God's TRUTH .  God is NOT mad at us. He isn't watching and waiting with a big switch to swat us with if we make a mistake. He LOVES us and wants us to not be afraid to talk to Him, or give our Love to Him. Sure He will guide us and correct us, but with Love , Patience and Forgiveness all wrapped up with His Grace .
