1. Standing up.

2. Reading

3. Eating something with a fork and/or spoon rather than food I can shove in my mouth between chapters

4. Letting my mind wander to new writing ideas. NOT allowed while working on one project.

5. Wearing clothes instead of pajamas

6. Baking (especially trying new things like the scone recipes from Mundie Mom, Sophie, and Ally Beecher).

Brooke I'll trade you, you do my Receptionist Job, and I'll do your revising. Deal? :oP

PS. I'm loving 'Prophecy' too!

Brooke Hehe :oP As they say, we've all gotta do what we've gotta do to pay the bills. I just wish I had a job I was passionate about (heck, I'd settle for a job I enjoyed!) like so many authors. It must be an incredible thing to do! I hope everything is going well though (revision wise) for you and not driving you up the wall! :o)

Michelle Aw, thanks, Brooke. I remember that feeling well form all the years I worked for a technology consulting firm. I got the Sunday Night Blues each and every week.

But you can make a change over time if you really want to. In the end, I had to move 3,000 miles to a very small town cheap enough to allow me to do another kind of work while I figured out what I wanted. It was worth it!

You'll get there, hon!
