Often I find myself writing a bug report or ticket that I know won’t make any sense to anyone but me. In those instances recording a short video of my actions usually makes me feel like I’ve made it easier for the developers or community members to understand what I’m reporting. This video will show you how to use Jing and Screencast.com to create your own short videos for bug and ticket reporting.
As always, if you have an idea for a video, please just let me know and I’ll add it to my list of things to record.
