Emails that Bite

By now you have probably heard or read about the U.S. Government’s suit against Standard & Poors

(here’s the complaint – it’s a great read!). The Government’s case is based in part on internal communications in which S&P personnel discuss the deals they are scoring in less than flattering terms.
