How do you grow a readership?

Unlike any other business or maybe like any other business, books gain readers by word of mouth. If someone likes your book they'll talk about it. If they don't like it they will tell everyone they know.

Word of mouth advertising is one of the most effective ways of advertising and lots of authors forget this. Remember every person you meet is a potential reader.
