As far as I can tell, these are from the current eruption, though the site is in Icelandic; and my Icelandic is very rough.

Look at that lovely blue sky!

According to the news today, the volcano is now spewing poisionous gas. I assume it was not doing so when this photo was taken, since there are two people standing next to all the smoke.
