The Public: Enemy of its State?
So why do tens of thousands of children go missing each year? Why aren't care homes caring of this? As with the NHS (State health service), this is another indicator the State is more concerned about protecting itself & not the public. It is also an indicator the public are and have been abused by the Establishment with impunity for a very long time indeed. That culture has to 'fundamentally change' and the way to do it is to prosecute the abusers AND those that cover it up. The problem is the Establishment control the justice system and the professions are self regulated. So there exists a "legal" system in place that is ruthlessly efficient at protecting those who abuse the public in any capacity.
A bigger problem is that cover-ups affect so many groups (politicians, police, lawyers, judges, civil servants, councils, schools, care homes, hospitals, public prosecutors, bankers, clergy, mainstream media etc.) that none are capable of exposing it in other groups for fear their own skeletons will be exposed. And I suspect that is why there are no prosecutions: it would set a dangerous precedent for those that control us. 'Fundamental change' to this culture of impunity is imperative, but it's not going to come from those in power. Truth is the public have become the enemy of its State.
