Sneak Peek of Content-Aware Fill in Photoshop:

I'm sure this is likely to only increase the friction between photog purists and digital manipulators, but I'm not ashamed to admit I appreciate good touch-up tools when the needs arises. (It isn't clear if this will be included in the upcoming CS5 Suite or a later version.)
