Matt Fraction, G. Willow Wilson, Kelly Sue DeConnick, Marjorie M. Liu, Scott Snyder, Neil Gaiman, and Evan Dorkin spring to mind.
The people who just use Twitter to promote their stuff, I get it, but I don’t really follow them. I like people who use the format to say interesting things.
