How to Send an Untraceable Email

Recently, emails have caused the following: The resignation of the Director of the CIA, a second general's career on hold, an FBI agent who's lost his credibility as well as his shirt, and multiple families devastated by infidelities (worse, infidelities that have been scrutinized under the glare of public media).
