Judging a book by its deliberately deceptive, responsibility-shirking book trailer

The Catholic Conference of Illinois, an outfit that has made it clear that it sees gay people as violating natural order, is pushing the following book trailer:

"It eliminates the ONLY institution that unites kids with their moms and their dads"? "That's right" it's "gone from law"? Well that could be true, I guess. Except for the fact that it's so totally not. At all. Even a little bit.
