Kindle version of At the Gates of Madness

Okay all you Kindle owners, my collection of short stories, At the Gates of Madness is now available for only $1.01. I know that is a strange price, but this is a strange book and worth the buck it costs. The book is 522 pages long and contains 18 short stories, plus a hidden story somewhere within. The stories range from classic ghost stories to unabashed revenge tales to things that are too hard to describe. Here is the complete ToC of what you get:
Introduction to the Madness
Open Book
The Edge of the Abyss
Treats
As Long As It Ends
When the Darkness Came
The Great Nothing
The Tennessee Top Hat
End of the Leash
The Little Bastards
I Am Fear
All Things End Terminal
You Can’t Always Run Away
Madcap
Simcoe Sally Ain’t No Lady
Stripped Away
Atheist in the Foxhole
Tail Pipe Dreams
The Creek
Afterward

If you don't like Kindle, don't worry, next month this will finally be available at Chapters, Tower and Barnes and Noble in digital formats as well. But if you can't wait and want to get it now, here's where to go:

Dave Granger Looking forward to the next collection. This one is so good, it's a killing for a dollar. I also like that you'll be expanding in the other stores. I know a few people that haven't picked it up because they don't have a Kindle, they have a Kobo or some other ereader.

Shaun Meeks The next collection should be out beginning of February. And since you've read At the Gates of Madness, I'll let you know that it contains a follow up story in it called Unopened (follow up to Open Book).
And thanks for sending out recommendations and telling people about it. It really helps.
