Gender Equality Gone Too Far?

Denmark's Board of Equal Treatment has ruled that charging more for a women's haircut than for a men's haircut is illegal. Opponents of the new measure is unfair, given that women's haircuts naturally take longer to do and require much more effort. As much as I believe gender equality is an important 21st Century issue, there is clearly a reason why women's haircuts cost more.
