I complain and rant and just act cranky etc. :) But, sometimes just a nap or some free time to myself, or just a nice hour walk in a park helps me to calm down a bit. Doesn't always work though since I panic first then become reasonable when it involves big life issues, but it usually helps me put things into perspective :) I also tell my husband how I'm feeling, since he can't figure it out (like most men). He appreciates my honesty, and then he helps out by trying to take on more of the burden of daily life so I can deal with my stuff.
Feeling frenzied myself...made a move from the Kansas City area to Colorado Springs, and I'm trying to promote my first book while planning a launch party for my second. My new office/studio is a "mancave" I'm dying to paint, and my son is in the hospital. I try to prioritize as best I can, get done each day what I can, and not worry about the rest.
