I'm on a healthy kick. It's a new year thing, though I am trying to eat healthier in general. Even gave up soda! That lasted 3 days (it was a weekend). Still, the healthier I eat the more I can indulge in junk, right? There must be logic in that someplace. Still, I found this while looking around
Food Network's site under their healthy appetizers. Not a fan of artichoke hearts (which I'm sure is what makes this healthy!) but other than that this is delicious.
