Dredd is the first 3D DVD release in 2013: Review

The sci-fi thriller "Dredd" begins the 2013 with a low budget film that could have been a bit better. Some of us may remember the 1995 "Judge Dredd" with Stallone in the lead.that did not do that well. Is this one any better?
