It's a New Year

That means that it is time for some goals.

Writing
I want to actually sit down and write every single day. My goal is to make 2K on any day that I'm not using the time for editing. It may not sound like a lot, but it adds up and it is a lot more than I'm managing regularly right now. Submit something each month. February and April are already on the books (Love Letters!), but the rest are up for grabs. I think with the first goal that this is totally reasonable. Health
I need to workout on a regular basis. I would love to go back to working out 5-6 days a week, but it won't happen. My goal is twice a week. More is better, but I need to put in my minimum. Real Life
I have to find a real job this year. If all goes well, I'll finish and defend my dissertation in April and start a new job in June. That's assuming I get one. I've already applied to a lot, but I need to apply to more. My goal is for three per week until someone hires me. Worry less. That one is mostly self-explanatory. I worry too much about things that are out of my control. Make new friends. Seriously. I have some great writing friends, but they mostly live far away. I need to branch out, be more social, and find some new people to be around. People who are supportive of me and my life. Also, somewhat self-explanatory.
