Typing an early draft of My Almost Certain Real Imaginary Jesus

As I've told many people at readings, I typed an early draft of the memoir on my Royal Quiet Deluxe. Though it might seem a completely strange and unnecessary thing to do, for me it was an exercise in maintaining privacy until I was entirely ready for the draft to enter the world. Here's a picture of the original laptop. I'm working on a draft of the memoir here on a painting trip with my partner Lisa. I'm sitting in her faithful Ford Ranger, which still doubles as her outdoor painting studio.
