What the New Year brings...
Happy New Year to everyone who is reading this (and even to those that are not). I hope that it brings you all the fun and good fortune that a year can provide, along with a few bumnps in the road to help you learn and grow.
This year, I hope to finish the second book in the Jack Majors Series; 'Jack Majors: Book of Power', along with the fourth book in the Dark Heart Series; 'Dark Heart: Flashes of a City'. At the moment both books are in their early stages, but are moving along nicely.
I also hope to get started on the third book of the Jack Majors; tentatively called 'Jack Majors: Super Force', and the final book of the Dark Heart series; 'Dark Heart: Death in the City'.
And just to add a bit more craziness to my life, I've started to formulate another series of the fantasy genre variety, which I currently call The Druids Series. As far as I can tell at the moment, it'll be a young adult book with lots of sword and sorcery with a leaning towards Celtic Mythology.
Amidst all of my writing hopes, I am looking forward to another school year, teaching Grade 5/6 students, as well as spending time with the family. I can't believe my daughter is already 14 months old - walking, beginning to talk and nearly always laughing.
It looks like it's going to just get better. Happy 2013, everyone!
