Facebook Groups That Feature Giveaways and Free Days

Thought I'd create a post much like the one I did on websites that promote Kindle Free Days, but make this post about Facebook groups. Note that some of these are pages, not groups. Unless it says group in the URL, it's a page. You will need to join or "like" these in order to post, and generally speaking, unless it has the word Christian in the name of the group/page it will include secular fiction and nonfiction. I'll include as many specifics about the groups/pages as I can after each link.
