Year’s End– My Favorite Book Read this Year

When the year is over, I like to reflect upon the successes and failures of the past year. I try to assess damages I’ve done, as well as be proud of my victories. But I’m not sharing those things here.

Among the things I was most proud of accomplishing this year was interviewing several talented writers. Among them was screenwriter/ novelist Edward M. Erdelac, author of the book, Merkabah Rider; Tales of a High Plains Drifter.

Tim Marquitz I sing Ed's praises all the time, but he just hasn't caught on like he should. Having just finished the first run of edits on book 4, I have got to say this series just gets better and better and closes nicely. Thanks for giving MR some badly needed press.

Jake In some ways Ed and I are in the same boat. I think people are intimidated, or at least unsure of a gun-toting Rabbi. I have the same problem with getting people to read about my red-haired faith healer, but Mr. Erdelac is a far better writer than I.

I'd forgotten to add into this review how I loved the Robert E. Howard 'feel' within the first story's shadow. Not a copy, but a true haunting. The spirit was there.
