Free Day at the Creation Museum!

As we approach Christmas at the Creation Museum, I wanted to let people in our region (and those visiting family or friends in our Cincinnati/northern Kentucky area for Christmas) know that on Christmas Eve we will host a free day at our museum, from 9 AM–3 PM. Here is a media alert we sent out—plus it mentions that the popular Christmas Town program at the museum finishes this coming weekend:

Creation Museum Offers Free Admission on Christmas Eve

Answers in Genesis Reminds Patrons of Greatest Gift of All; Continues “Christmas Town”

WHAT:
The Creation Museum will offer free admission to the public during the day, Christmas Eve. Answers in Genesis, which operates the museum, wants this gift to the community to be a reminder of the greatest Christmas gift of all—the free gift of salvation through Jesus Christ.

WHEN:
9 a.m. until the museum closes at 3 p.m. ET
Monday, Dec. 24

WHERE:
2800 Bullittsburg Church Road
Petersburg, KY 41080
(exit 11 off I-275; seven miles west of the Cincinnati Airport)

OTHER DETAILS:
In addition, later this week the museum will continue its special evening program, “Christmas Town,” December 28 and 29 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.  About 25,000 guests visited over eight nights during the 2011 Christmas celebration, which includes a live nativity, dazzling lights, and dramas. This year, a large outdoor display on Noah’s Ark—which shares the Ark’s connection to the Savior—has been added to Christmas Town. Almost all of the activities, inside and outside the museum, are free, with a $5 museum admission after 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
