A Diary that nobody else will read

Hi. I'm going to write a quick-ish little message here that is probably mostly for myself to read (or re-read or understand or something; unfortunately, I have recently noticed that in addition to not speaking, spelling, or writing as well as I used to, I also can't remember things as well, for cripes sake {sp?}).
