why can't I get my photo on my rpofile or blog?

This is driving me crazy. No matter what I do, this site will not allow my photo to be uploaded. Pulling my hair out. Help!

Simon Okill Thanks Dominique, that was the first day. Frustrated the crap outa me did GR that day. That's our Jurassic beach, famous for fossils. Gotta truckload all over the place.
