Welcome to Six Sentence Sunday: Where writers share six sentences from their published or unpublished books.  I'm thrilled to share six sentences from my just-released novel, HEREAFTER this week. It's a contemporary romance with a ghostly twist. The hero is an accountant and the heroine...well, in these six sentences, she's about to find out she's not of this world.  

  "I’ve been investigating your life." Rob stared at her.
   Well, he didn’t waste much time getting to the point. Lifting her chin, trying to brace herself for bad news, Angie nodded. "Tell me what you’ve found."
   "According to the police report, you killed yourself."
