You can build the healthy lifestyle you imagine for yourself by building healthy habits into your day. Fill a water bottle first thing in the morning and keep it near you. Put some hand weights or resistance bands near your computer, your telephone, your television. When you’re waiting for practice to end take a walk around the block.
