Name That(Those) Bird(s)

Two new pairs of birds are most likely joining our household.  They are rescues from Phoenix Landing Parrot Project, here in Virginia.

There are a pair of budgerigars (parakeets)

and  a pair of lovebirds

  I have arbitrarily decided the parakeets are brother and sister and the lovebirds are, well, lovers.

They are three years old and nameless (sad) so I decided to have a contest to name them (HAPPY)!

I am thinking literary pairs – bro and sis for the keets and a couple for the couple of lovebirds.

There will be a prize(s) one for each winning set of names.  I get to decide because it is my contest.  And I will decide on the prizes too!  Most likely one of my books and something holiday-ish to go along with it!
