UK edition of M14 to be released in January in Ireland!

My UK publisher, Hachette Children’s, has fast-tracked the release of Monument 14 for Ireland – it’s going to hit the stands in January! The rest of the UK will have to wait until April – but they’re getting it to Ireland early because Easons, the famed Irish bookseller, wants to feature M14 in January. Sounds like a Happy new year to me!

I’m so delighted with the cover design for the UK edition. Here’s the cover – as you can see, they used the art from the US edition – but changed the typography. I like both the covers – I really do. I like the quiet dignity of the US edition and I also like the sexy, attention grabbing lettering used for the UK edition.

As if seeing the fantastic cover wasn’t enough – the news about Easons is just fantastic. I feel tremendously lucky that the book caught their attention. Check out the poster – sure feels like good company to be in!
