I Don't Normally Do This

…but Comixology is having a sale on all-ages digital comics, most are only 99 cents this weekend only.

I prefer my comics in hard copy. I prefer to support comics shops.

But not everyone can get to a shop, and some might want digital copies just for their families or for travel or whatever.

Honest to gosh, some of the best comics being publisher are on sale there right now.

POPEYE by Roger Landridge is an absolute gem. PEANUTS. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Spidey Adventures. Batman Animated. Young Justice, Jonny Boo, Kevin Keller, Bone, Archie, Sonic, Transformers, Owly, many, many more. Not ALL are 99 cents but the vast majority are.

If you ever wanted some great digital books everyone can love, wow, this is a good deal. I just bought a TON myself.

My HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATIONS go to BONE, OWLY, KORGI, and POPEYE.  With one thing on there that you simply HAVE to get if you love great comics.

There are four 48 page OZ graphic novels by the brilliant Eric Shanower. They, too, are just 99 cents this weekend. I can’t tell you how good these books are, they are magnificent.

I make no money off these, obviously, I have no connection to Comixology.

But for ten bucks you could have a big stack of OUTSTANDING reading material for the weekend. :)
