In the Name of a Book

I bought a pair of “cheaters” over the weekend…

Not because I’m willing to admit I’m getting older, but mainly so I can read EXTRA CREDIT by Maggie Barbieri. I even wore them on the train on Sunday so I could devour as many pages as possible.

Put me in a restaurant, and I’ll hold the menu out.

Hand me a product of some sort,and I’ll keep turning it in the light until I can make out as much of the directions as possible.

But the chance to read a book? I’ll cave and wear the glasses.
