I'm slightly curious as to who the people are who 'view' blogs. I suppose that if you are reading this, you've just become one of them. Nobody has left a comment yet - I'm assuming that I would be able to see any comments left after a 'view'.

It's a grim day here in the fens, cold, windy with showers every few minutes - not exactly inspiring when you are trying to conjure up May in a medieval cathedral! Could always go and read some more of 'The Guermantes Way' but parts of it are so wonderful that, as a would-be writer, you end up feeling rather hopeless for a while afterwards. Life is complicated, isn't it?
