I've just read "Brute" and enjoyed it. But ,I just had to comment on the fact that your "giant" hero nicknamed "Brute" made me think of "Andre the Giant" from "The Princess Bride" whos character in the movie was on the "brute squad". :)
Thank you! I do love the Princess Bride, but wasn't consciously thinking of that giant when I wrote the novel. Fezzik was great, wasn't he? :-)
