Not only because of her animated personality, but because of her status in Black Phoenix. Luann is considered one of the richest kids in the city and everyone adores her for it. For reasons like this, that's way she doesn't associate herself with peers in her school. Seiren, Julius, and a young Hayden by the name of Tracie could really be considered her friends.
