Well,
Thanksgiving is over, and if you're like most of us, you probably still feel a little
sleepy and bloated from the weekend.
The first thing you should do is ration your leftovers. You do not have to eat all that leftover turkey in one day. The pie is probably gone, but if not, you don't have to eat all that at one time, either. Stuffing yourself - again - is not going to make you feel better. I would advise you to eat lots of
fruits and veggies, and drink lots of water. That should help you out.
