What I miss about living in Newmarket was I use to stroll down some of the streets and see houses with those historical signs on the front. I always wondered if you purchase one of these homes, are you only allowed to make certain renovations? And did you come across any of these issues? With all that is going on in the pictures..tell me your not living there yet with all the dust and going on's? LOL that would drive me crazy..no I would probably drive the work guys crazy:D Oh..and I notice there is no "plummer butt" in the pictures..shame goes with the job Ha-Ha
Yes, I'm living here amidst the dust and chaos, and yes it's driving me crazy. As far as I know, I'm not allowed to make any changes to the outside of the building or to the foundation without getting it approved by the heritage committee, but as far as the inside goes, I'm okay. I'm not altering any walls, just peeling them back a bit and removing cupboards LOL
And actually, Bathroom Guy has his plumber's crack showing every now and then, but I thought I'd be polite and not mention it. LOL
