My friend
Paul Fricke has a really cool new project I wanted to share. This is a great, all ages comic with great art and a really fun read. I'll let Paul explain:
"This first tale depicts the initial meeting of Méto the Snowboy and the little Nepali boy, Jyoti. It’s about friendship, family, and how we are all so much shaped by our environment. Jyoti, his family, and the orphaned baby yeti are sustained by and must cope with the wonders and dangers of their rural village in Nepal near the Himalayas. It’s the first comic I’ve created and executed digitally, even when I never thought I’d leave my drawing board - a complete surprise to me. Méto is intended to be a seven-chapter, 100+ page color graphic novel. The handmade comic of chapter one, Pick-Up Sticks, in black & white can be had online, and I’ll even do a customised sketch in the book!"Get your copy here.
