Jenna Jaxon's 7 Days of Seduction on Erotic Notionss
Afternoon Delight
Sexual relationships that start at the office are a common occurrence. Having sex at the office, however, may be a little more rare.
Author Arianne Cohen, who reads diaries while doing research for her books, reported in her article for Bloomberg Businessweek that “in the 3,500 diaries I’ve read, a grand total of 11 office affairs actually took place within the workplace walls.” This would seem to argue that most people tend to play it safe and keep the hanky-panky elsewhere.
Then, of course, there are the daredevils.
One such occurrence has been big news recently. CIA Director David Petraeus reportedly had sex with a co-worker under his desk. Not the most inventive place, although simply “doing it” in CIA Headquarters grants him the “Most Unusual Office Sex” label in my book.
The SheKnows Living section has come to the rescue of those of us who might want to partake of this particular “forbidden fruit” by listing the “Top Ten Places to Have Sex in the Office.” They’ve come up with everything from the “mundane” under the desk and copy room to the more taboo Boss’s desk or the adventuresome elevator.
I’m sure that wherever an amorous couple lands in the workplace, it will be quite the memorable experience. It surely was for my hero and heroine in 7 Days of Seduction. On Day 4, Ashley and Hunter stage their own version of Afternoon Delight on Ashley’s desk—in the office of the Chair of the English Department at UC Berkeley. Suffice it to say, they’ll have some memories—and perhaps nightmares—about that experience.

Excerpt for 7 Days of Seduction:
She dropped her purse to slide her hands up his back, raking it lightly with her nails through his cotton shirt. The vibrations of his answering groan resounded against her breasts. He disengaged his tongue and dragged it down her neck, nipping her skin every few inches. Each one caused a frisson of delight to sprint down her body. When he reached the juncture of her neck and shoulder, the nip became a full-fledged bite."Aah." She moaned softly, her panties dampening at the delightful pain. "Hunter, what are you doing? We're going out to lunch and I'm going to be miserable with wanting you.""Hmm." He worked his mouth back up her neck until it pressed close against her ear. "I don't want you to be miserable, Ash. That would never do." He lifted first her right then her left leg over his hips then cupped her ass with both hands. She immediately locked her legs around him and the hard line of his cock rubbed against her crotch. "I have an idea." He walked them over to Ashley's desk. Hunter shifted her weight until one hand clasped her butt in the center. With the free hand, he set the lamp down on the floor, pushed a pile of papers toward her computer and plunked Ashley down on her desk. She shook her head at him, laughing. "What do you think you're doing?""What does it look like?" He pushed her torso back until she lay with her head almost touching her computer monitor, her body spread across the dark walnut wood. Lifting her hips, he pushed her dress to her waist and stared down at her tiny red thong panties. A smile spread across his face. "Now aren't we color coordinated today?"Before she could open her mouth to protest his smug tone, he pulled a clear plastic packet from his pocket and held it up to reveal a red condom. Ashley laughed, stopped abruptly and stared at the door. "Are you crazy?" she whispered, trying to pull down her skirt and sit up. "Anyone could walk in.""No one's going to walk in, Ash.” Hunter pressed her back down onto the desk, his big solid body pinning her like a wrestler. "It's lunchtime during August. No faculty or students around." He loomed over her face, his eyes mere inches from hers. Her breasts rubbed his chest with every breath she took. God, she loved that feeling. Her nipples hardened as the friction increased."There are administrators and secretaries around. They might come by.""Dr. Hawthorne is out of town. Chances are less than one in ten someone will show up." He rubbed his cheek against hers, a hint of stubble scraping her skin, the citrus of his cologne tickling her nose. "This is the next level of adventure, Ash. You game?"

Author Bio:
Jenna Jaxon is a multi-published author of historical and contemporary romance. She is currently finishing revisions to Betrothal, the first book in the Time Enough to Loveseries. Her Georgian novel, Only Scandal Will Do, the first in a series of five interconnecting novels, was released in July 2012. Work on the second book of the series, Only Marriage Will Do, has begun. Her third full-length novel, As Long As You’re Mine, set in Victorian London and Richmond, Virginia is currently out to an agent.
Jenna has been reading and writing historical romance since she was a teenager. A romantic herself, she has always loved a dark side to the genre, a twist, suspense, a surprise. She tries to incorporate all of these elements into her own stories. She lives in Virginia with her family and a small menagerie of pets. When not reading or writing, she indulges her passion for the theatre, working with local theatres as a director. She often feels she is directing her characters on their own private stage. She has equated her writing to an addiction to chocolate because once she starts she just can’t stop.Blog: http://jennajaxon.wordpress.comFacebook: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Jenna-Jaxon/14685757872370Twitter: @Jenna_Jaxon
