How can it do that? Try this! If a decision or idea feels heavy, boring or draining, that’s your intuition telling you to move away from that choice or not make it in the first place.

If a decision or idea feels exciting, interesting, or has energy, that’s your intuition telling you too go in that direction. That way points you to more success and happiness!
Intuition is always encouraging you to open up, try something new and be the best you can be. It consistently points the way to success. We all want a sure thing, a guarantee that the risk we take will work out okay. But life isn't like that. It requires that you develop faith and courage so you can grow big enough emotionally and spiritually to live your dreams.

What to Ask Your Intuition and How to Get Answers!

People often ask me for techniques for developing their intuition. Here’s some quick thoughts:

Meditation is helpful. So is simply sitting quietly for five to ten minutes. Taking slow deep breaths. Being in nature.

We often think of intuition as coming unbidden. However, we can get really helpful information from our intuition when we ask open-ended questions such as, “How can I…be happier, attract a partner, find a wonderful new job?" Or simply, “What is the right next step?”
Intuitive answers don’t usually come immediately. They come when you least expect them! They may pop into your mind when you wake up, while you’re in the shower, when you’re doing the dishes, while you’re daydreaming on the train. What is your intuition telling you?
