Snake to the rescue

I am just starting the research for a little article on Conan Doyle's fun with the Adelphi Theatre in 1910. I hope to get it into a society journal. It will look at the dramatisation of Rodney Stone (as The House of Temperley) and how it gave way to a hastily drafted stage version of The Speckled Band.
