To ebook or not to ebook?

I'm going to keep this short and sweet; like me.

I've been struggling for years to find a literary agent to sign me on. I've received a depressing amount of rejection letters (I lost count long ago), and so, after reading an article about authors who started self-publishing their work with ebooks and built up their following that way, I decided to give it a go.

I put my first ebook on amazon as of two days ago. Now I cross my fingers...
