Our first Kickstarter project for Undershaw gains momentum
It's day 4 on the first Kickstarter project for the Save Undershaw campaign - we started with a modest project to translate the book 'Sherlock's Home: The Empty House' which raises awareness and funds, into 5 languages.
The first objective of the campaign was to get the interest of translators and we already have nine that have stepped forward which is great.
We're just over 10% into the funding with two of the ten corporate advert slots pledged - brilliant advertising opportunity when you think about it. For £100 the company concerned will get their details in front of thousands of Holmes fans. Bargain.
You can support the project from as little as £1 and higher pledges get rewards such as copies of the books.

Sherlock Holmes publishing is my passion, and I am very lucky to work with over 50 of the world's best Holmes writers. We also organise The Great Sherlock Holmes Debates and are ardent supporters of Save Undershaw. We're proud winners of the 2011 Howlett Award (Sherlock Holmes Book of the Year) with the stunning 'The Norwood Author' by Alistair Duncan. The real talent is with the writers - we just get the books out there.
