I canNOT wait for you to read this one, guys. ROUGE is so special to me because it's set in New Orleans, and it has many elements of my home state with which I'm familiar and love sprinkled in.

It's different from The Truth About Faking (link) , just so you know. TTAF is very light and funny and up! ROUGE is more struggling to survive, to escape really bad stuff, to find a better life... So it's darker, more mature YA.

Here's the description:
