"Surfing for Jesus" - behind the scenes

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to read my short story. Thank you for all the comments and emails. See, publications like this run on shoe-string budgets. Therefore, there is no money for the writers. (Heck, many editors out there work for nothing, too. They do it out of love for the written word.) Thus, when we (the writers) get published in things like this, it is to add a feather to our cap. Another line to our CV. To help us someday (hopefully!) get our bigger works published...
