Frankenstorm

Since there is an enormous, angry storm heading my way, I don't think that I will be going anywhere, which means I can concentrate on writing. I'm also reading two books right now: Your Voice In My Head by Emma Forrest and Afraid by Jack Kilburn. I needed a break from the millionaire convinces stubborn woman to fall in love and get spanked story lines, though I still enjoy those books, I like to read different genres.

My goal is to get two or three books out by January or so, because then I will need a lot of time to work on something I've been working on for a decade. Without giving too much away, I will say that I was writing about strong, sexy, millionaire men long before I ever read Fifty Shades or any similar books. I can't wait to pick it back up!

Currently, I'm working on Tabitha's story. If you recall, Tabitha is Emmy's cousin. I touched on a storyline between her and Leo, somewhat implying that there was a story to be told. To be honest, I started their story before Emmy's but I had the urge to write AOP and I had to roll with it. I'm also working on two other books. I'm hoping to get Tabitha's done first though. No promises.

Gotta go prepare for the Hurricane Sandy! Be safe everyone.

T I loved “Accidentally on Purpose”! I wasn’t sure how the story was going to end. I love books that are not predictable. You really did a great job at feeling how torn the characters were in their love triangle. I thought the book was funny, sweet, heartbreaking and frustrating. I am so excited to read the story regarding Tabitha and Leo. Their characters seemed so intriguing and I can’t wait to find out what their secrets are. I recommended this book to be reviewed on Maryse’s Book Blog so more people are aware how good this book is and what a great writer you are.

P.S. I hope you and your family were safe during the storm. ~

L.D. Davis T, thank you so much for your encouraging words! I am so glad that you liked AOP. I'm working hard on Tabitha's story and I hope to have it available soon. At one point I had it all written and didn't like it and scrapped it. It was rushed and I didn't feel connected to Tabitha, Leo, or Leslie (another key person in the story). Now I am entwined with my characters, feeling every emotion and I'm enjoying writing their story.

Thanks for the recommendation, also! I'll definitely check out Maryse's Book Blog.

My family did well in the storm, but unfortunately many others have been devastated. Let's hope for better times for them.

Thanks again, T!
