Updating The NOOK Book

I have begun updating existing content in the 3rd edition that will still be applicable for the 4th edition. I'm updating the content related to the NOOK apps and whatnot.

I am planning on more fully developing my coverage of the NOOK for Android app (I have, already, more thorough coverage of NOOK for iOS, though it needs some updating).
