When you're dealing with people or situations that are negative, remember that negativity cannot survive in positive energy - just like darkness cannot survive in light - but positive energy can shine in the middle of negativity. It's a matter of choosing to shine your torch in the dark - no matter how dark it is. In fact, the darker it is, of course, the more reason to switch on that torch! ;)

You are the only one who has control over your thoughts, you have the power to shine no matter what others are doing, and no matter what's going on "out there" - you can switch your torch on anyway! How fabulous is that! :)
